Ordering and Shipping
All online orders will be processed within seven (7) days of receipt at the latest. You will receive an e-mail from HGB once your order has been shipped. Please allow between three (3) and eight (8) days for all domestic orders. If you require goods sooner, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org to make arrangements. HGB ships internationally. Unfortunately, at this time HGB does not offer pickup of item orders. All payments for purchases are accepted by HGB securely through PayPal. Returns If you have any problems with any item you purchased or wish to return an item, you must contact email@example.com within twenty one (21) days from the date you received the item explaining the reason for the return or exchange. When e-mailing firstname.lastname@example.org, purchaser must include the order number, full name, address, phone number, e-mail address, item wishing to be returned or exchanged and reason for the return or exchange.
Clothing Return Policy Unworn clothes may be returned for a different size or store credit only. Purchaser is responsible for shipping charges for exchanges and returns.
Vinyl Return Policy All sealed vinyl may not be returned for any reason. Purchaser understands and acknowledges that Fresh Crate is not responsible for the quality of any sealed vinyl. All vinyl sales are sold as-is and final.
CD Return Policy CDs may be returned for an exchange of the product if the CD is defective. Purchaser will be responsible for shipping the defective product back to Fresh Crate. If Fresh Crate determines that the CD is defective, a replacement CD will be mailed at no additional charge.
